Getting Set Up

Open the printer cover by sliding the cover release and raising the

cover to its full upright position.

Caution

The cover release includes a safety catch. If the cover is only

partially lifted, do not force it open; you might damage the

printer. Slide the cover release again.

Lift the transfer roll tray out of the printer and remove all packing

material from the tray.
