Media Jam — Remove lower tray to clear

Solution

1 Remove the media tray named in the front panel display.

2 Using both hands, carefully remove the jammed media.

Prevention: Clean the feed rollers

■ Remove all media trays for easy access to the feed rollers.

■ Use a pre-soaked alcohol cloth to clean the lower trays’ feed rollers.

Use isopropyl alcohol that is at least 90% pure; alcohol that

has additives can damage the printer.
