Arguments

<period>::=<NRf>[<units>]

where

<NRf> is the pulse period.

<units>::=[ns | µs | ms | s]

SOURce1:PULSe:PERiod 200ns

sets the CH 1 pulse period to 200 ns.

[SOURce[1|2]]:PULSe:TRANsition[:LEADing]

This command sets or queries the leading edge time of pulse waveform.
